Job Description

We are looking for experienced, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionists & Sales Executives to join our growing wellness center in Dubai.

Candidates must have previous experience in the wellness or healthcare industry, with hands-on experience in MINDBODY CRM and DHA-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk operations and welcome clients.
• Handle appointments, bookings, and cancellations through MINDBODY CRM.
• Manage client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Promote wellness services, treatments, packages, and memberships.
• Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Support daily clinic and wellness center operations.
• Assist with DHA-related administrative requirements, where applicable.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

• Previous experience working in a wellness center, medical clinic, or healthcare facility.
• MINDBODY CRM experience is mandatory.
• DHA experience is mandatory, including familiarity with relevant DHA procedures and healthcare administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and client relationship management abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Good knowledge of appointment scheduling, client management, and front-desk operations.
