About the position

As a Receptionist and Office Manager at Dometic, you play a key role in creating a professional and welcoming office environment. You act as the first point of contact for guests, customers, and employees, while taking overall responsibility for the office and contributing to a positive workplace experience.

The role includes both administrative and hands-on responsibilities and requires a proactive and self-driven approach. You are comfortable taking initiative, have a strong eye for detail and are not afraid of rolling up your sleeves when needed. As the role is highly independent, you are expected to proactively identify needs and take action, while knowing when to involve and collaborate with colleagues. You will report to the HR-Manager and be part of the HR and Internal Communication team.

Your main responsibilities

  • Welcoming and supporting guests, customers, and employees – in person, by phone, and via email – in a professional and service-minded manner
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception and office operations
  • Taking responsibility for office security and administration of relevant agreements
  • Managing procurement and supplier contacts (e.g. office supplies, catering, services)
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Ensuring a well-functioning, representative, and inspiring office environment
  • Collaborating with landlords and external vendors such as cleaning, security, and IT
  • Acting as a central point of contact for office-related matters across the organization

A suitable background would be solid experience within office administration and working in a reception or service-oriented role – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Experience in managing daily office operations and administration
  • Experience coordinating suppliers and procurement (e.g. office supplies, catering, services)
  • Experience in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and internal activities
  • Experience working with office services and workplace environment matters
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally in both Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
