Are you a Receptionist looking for a change? Or maybe you work in a similar role and are looking for a new challenge? If so, we’ve got a vacancy in our welcoming reception team at Portobello Dental Clinic in Dublin.

• Full-time hours available, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
• Competitive hourly rate of €16 per hour
• Shifts are varied, with some early mornings, late evenings and occasional Saturdays
• Close-knit, established team, delivering dental care for the best patients in Dublin!

Portobello Dental Clinic is a multi award winning practice including winning the Irish Dentistry Practice of the year twice. We also celebrated 20 years in Practice in 2024.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients

Additional Information

The ideal candidate will have excellent front of house customer service and telephone skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Have a minimum of 2 years reception experience
• Previous dental experience a distinct advantage but full training is provided
• Enthusiastic, with excellent team, inter-personal and organisational skills
• Be highly motivated, attention to detail, customer focused and friendly
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Be available to work shift work, with some early mornings, late evenings and occasional Saturdays.
