We are currently looking for a Casual Receptionist / All Rounder to join our friendly team.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant must possess:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a reception role
• Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role (preferred)
• Reservation System Experience (EG: RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant)
• Customer Service Experience
• Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
• High level of communication and written skills
• Cash handling experience
• Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
• Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
• This role is primarily a receptionist position, with the flexibility to assist with housekeeping duties as needed. Previous experience as a housekeeper is an added bonus

The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.
