Receptionist – Acura of Saskatoon

Permanent - Full-Time

Acura of Saskatoon is looking for a friendly, energetic Receptionist/ Inverntory Controller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone seeking flexible part-time work during the school year while gaining valuable experience in customer service, administration, and dealership operations.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting front-desk coordination, data entry, reporting, and inventory-related tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. No dealership experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet customers, answer and direct calls, take messages, and schedule appointments
• Provide professional front-desk support and assist customers with general questions
• Support the sales team with data entry, filing, reporting, document preparation, and lead tracking
• Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records, including stock details, pricing, locations, and status changes
• Process vehicle arrivals, trades, transfers, purchases, and sold-unit documentation
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Assist with inventory audits, vehicle files, online listings, keys, and delivery readiness
• Complete other administrative and inventory-related duties as required

What we're looking for

• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
