We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am to 2:00PM
Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff members.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Provide support as a personal assistant to management when necessary.
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, scheduling, and communication tasks.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a must, with at least one year experience. .
  • Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus but not required.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
