We’re excited to bring a Receptionist for our Gold Coast team.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the space, making sure members and guests feel looked after from the moment they walk in. This could be ideal for anyone coming from retail, hospitality or prior reception roles who’s ready for a stable role that blends people, service and administration. 🌟

What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House & Member Experience

• Be the first point of contact for members and guests
• Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
• Support members with general enquiries
• Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
• Assist with member tours
• Book and set up meeting rooms
• Keep the reception area, meeting rooms and communal spaces tidy and presentable
• Manage mail and parcel deliveries
• General administrative tasks
• Assist with community events and member activations
• Jump in where needed - no job too small

About You

• Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service
• Organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail
• Warm, personable and quick to build rapport with members and guests
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while keeping a positive presence at reception
• A natural doer. You see what needs doing and get onto it
• Open to full time (Monday to Friday) or a 4 day week (Monday to Thursday), 8am-5pm
