Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Concord office. The successful candidate will be providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and/or take message
• Monitor and respond to general email inquiries
• Daily mail pickup and distribution
• Perform filing electronically, scanning and photocopying
• Assist with client general communications
• Prepare technician's daily work package
• Update corporate trackers monthly and maintain it accurately
• Assist with ordering office supplies/groceries
• Support management and staff with general administrative duties
• Support office events and staff lunches by coordinating food orders and pickups
• Maintain an organized and clean office environment
• Other tasks maybe be assigned as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
