Our client, a leading law firm in based in Valletta , is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. This is a varied, client-facing role covering administration and support, and the successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of the office.

This is an office-based role, offering a salary of up to €30K + performance bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors, creating a professional first impression
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Receive, sort and distribute all incoming mail and deliveries
• Support day-to-day office operations to keep the workplace running smoothly

Skills & Experience

• 1-2+ years in a similar customer facing role
• Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English, both written and spoken - non-negotiable
• Organised with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
• Able to handle various tasks simultaneously
• A professional with a client-focused approach
