We’re launching something special at art’otel Hoxton, a bold, design led flexible workspace designed for ambitious businesses, founders and creatives who want more than just a desk.

We're looking for a friendly, proactive and hospitality-focused Receptionist to be the face of One Rivington. As the first point of contact for members, visitors and guests, you will create a welcoming, professional and seamless experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience, standing to acknowledge guests, greeting proactively and remaining approachable at all times.
• Manage visitor access, post, deliveries, meeting room bookings and member enquiries.
• Manage the workspace sales inbox, responding promptly to meeting room and day pass enquiries and logging leads within the CRM.
• Support the Community Manager with meeting room and day pass bookings, member onboarding, access cards, welcome packs and inductions.
• Prepare meeting rooms ahead of bookings, including room set-up, AV requirements, refreshments and coordination of catering and housekeeping services.
• Take ownership of member requests and issues, ensuring timely resolution and consistent follow-through.
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across reception and communal areas, anticipating member needs and reporting maintenance concerns.
• Support community events and engagement activities while acting as a brand ambassador for One Rivington and art'otel.
• Create positive, memorable experiences through every interaction.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, coworking or hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
• The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
