Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as a key point of contact for our office in Las Vegas.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence. In this position, you will help support daily office operations, assist visitors and team members, and ensure that communications are handled efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a professional and positive first impression.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage general inquiries and provide accurate information when needed.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office activities.
• Maintain organized reception and common areas.
• Receive, organize, and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
• Support administrative tasks, document preparation, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate records and office information.
• Coordinate with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
