Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Al Khobar. The role will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, handling calls and inquiries, and providing general administrative support.

Requirements

  • 0โ€“3 years of experience in reception, front desk, administration, customer service, or a related field.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Professional and friendly communication style.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, employees, candidates, and external parties.
  • Manage visitor registration and coordinate access when required.
  • Answer and redirect incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and support meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, printing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers for office requirements.
  • Follow up on office maintenance requests and employees' office needs.
  • Support the HR and Admin teams with daily administrative tasks.
