Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a change? Or perhaps you work in a customer-facing or administrative role and are ready for a new challenge? We’re looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our welcoming team at The Smile Rooms in Malton.

The role

• Part-time, 24 hours per week across 3 days
• Typical shifts are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, between our opening hours of 7:45am–7:00pm
• Competitive hourly rate from £12.71 per hour
• Join a friendly and supportive reception team within a well-established practice

About the practice

• 5-surgery, fully private practice
• Wide range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, repairs, care and advice
• Modern, well-equipped surgeries
• Work alongside a long-standing, experienced team
• Parking available nearby
• Located in the heart of the market town of Malton

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
• A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
• Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
