Monday & Tuesday | 8:30am - 4:30pm | Rutherford Location

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our business, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for visitors, clients, and employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting visitors, clients and suppliers
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Assisting with general administration tasks
• Supporting various teams across the business
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
• Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
