Exciting Opportunity: Join MG – Ras Al Khaimah as a Receptionist

Are you friendly, organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience?

Join MG as a Receptionist, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the service centre and play an important role in ensuring smooth communication, service appointments, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and visitors warmly, guide them at reception, and offer refreshments.
• Inform customers of their approximate waiting time and ensure they are comfortable during their visit.
• Answer, screen, transfer, hold, and manage incoming telephone calls professionally.
• Arrange service appointments and conduct customer reminder calls.
• Follow up on customer complaints and prepare customer feedback reports.
• Understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or direct them to the relevant department.
• Manage internal and external telephone communications and respond to switchboard enquiries.
• Provide general administrative and receptionist support, including data entry, keyboarding, and photocopying when required.
• Ensure the timely and proper distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager.

Role Purpose:

To enhance the customer experience throughout the service visit by providing a warm and professional reception, efficiently managing service appointments and telephone communications, and supporting the Service Department with administrative activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar receptionist, customer service, or administrative role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Diploma.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Computer literate with good keyboarding and data-entry skills.
• Equipment Knowledge: Good telephone and computer skills.
• Training/Certification: Relevant certification or training is preferred.
• Key Qualities: Professional, friendly, organized, customer-focused, and an excellent communicator.
