Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
• Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
• Assist with organizing office materials and supplies.
• Help ensure daily reception activities run smoothly.
