You’ll be joining us at our Lincoln Road practice in 95 Lincoln Road, Peterborough, PE1 2SJ
As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our patients and customers, both face to face and over the phone
Based in a busy 3 surgery mixed NHS and private practice in the city centre, you'll thrive in a fast paced environment, confidently managing patient enquiries, appointments and administrative tasks
Experience in a busy healthcare, dental, medical or customer facing setting would be advantageous, although full training will be provided and applicants from other customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
The working pattern for this role is part time, working 8:15am to 5:00pm across 3 days per week, although we would also consider candidates looking to work 4 days per week. The specific working days can be discussed and agreed upon with the successful candidate
