Who are you?

You’re an open, friendly and communicative person who is ready to welcome our guests with a smile and professionalism. Whether you have previous experience or not, don’t worry — we’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a true ambassador for Hampton by Hilton.

What will your responsibilities include?

• Welcoming and assisting guests to the highest standard — you’ll be their first and last point of contact with the hotel
• Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out
• Handling day-to-day requests and answering guests’ questions with a smile
• Taking and managing reservations
• Actively promoting the Hilton Honors loyalty programme — because every loyal guest is a success for us
• Working closely with other hotel departments to create a well-coordinated and effective team

What are we looking for?

• Advanced proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• A people-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, availability and a positive attitude
• Previous experience is welcome, but if you don’t have any — don’t worry! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
