In this part-time (permanent) receptionist role, based at Epworth Eastern (Box Hill) and Lilydale Consulting Suites, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital, meeting and greeting patients, ensuring upkeep of patient files, coordinating with our doctors and staff, and back-of-office administration processes. You will be working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, reporting to the Patient Services Manager.
You will be a quick learner; quick to think on your feet when faced with problems, and a multi-tasker, used to dealing with numerous tasks at any one time. Additionally, you will value teamwork, showing mutual respect and actively contribute to a collaborative environment.

Located in Box Hill, Epworth Eastern is a state-of-the-art facility with 18 theatres and expansion of ICU to 12 beds. Epworth Eastern maintains a broad clinical focus from cardiac, vascular, orthopaedic and general surgery to oncology, urology and endoscopy services. Our redeveloped site delivers positive, meaningful, and sustainable impact on the health and wellbeing of our community, delivering much needed health care services and facilities in Melbourne's east.
