Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist employees, visitors, tenants and VIP/VVIP guests professionally.
  • Provide an efficient and responsive front desk/help desk service.
  • Manage visitor registration, records and access coordination.
  • Coordinate with Security and Control Room teams for visitor access and approvals.
  • Provide directions, information and assistance to visitors and employees.
  • Handle reception inquiries and support front-of-house services.
  • Assist visitors in resolving their requests or coordinate with the relevant department until the matter is addressed.
  • Support VIP/VVIP arrivals, meetings and special events.
  • Escalate security-related issues to the on-duty Security team immediately.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, proper grooming, confidentiality and high customer service standards.
  • Prepare daily reception logs and report any significant or urgent matters.
  • Comply with SRMG News procedures, security instructions and escalation protocols.
