About the Role

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Sydney team on a casual basis. Based in our Wentworth Point office, this role offers two days per week (Wednesday and Friday) with the potential for additional hours as office requirements grow.

As the face of our Sydney office, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for employees, clients and visitors. You'll be responsible for managing reception and administrative duties while supporting the wider team with day-to-day office requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing reception and call transfer activities
• Greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service
• Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Coordinating bookings for couriers and catering as required
• Scanning and distributing documents and mail electronically
• Assisting with general administration and office support tasks
• Supporting office operations and helping wherever needed

About You

We're less concerned about extensive experience and more interested in finding the right attitude.

Previous experience in reception, customer service or administration will be well regarded, but is not essential.
