Description

Join Trowers & Hamlins as the face of our Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with reception, front-of-house or hospitality experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive first impressions. You'll be part of a friendly, professional team in a leading law firm, working a rota of 8:00am to 4:00pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm shifts, with the option to enrol on an apprenticeship programme to support your development.

The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.

• Welcome clients, visitors and colleagues, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
• Manage incoming calls, meeting room bookings, catering and AV requirements.
• Maintain reception, client and meeting areas to a high standard.
• Support office events, travel bookings and general office administration.
• Work on a rota basis covering shifts between 8:00am and 5:30pm.

The Candidate

We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who takes pride in delivering a first-class service.

• Previous reception, front-of-house or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A professional, organised and proactive approach.
• The ability to work independently, use initiative and remain calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude, flexibility and a willingness to learn
