Job Scope and Tasks:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Provide information and assist callers by answering inquiries or referring them to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage the incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail or packages.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and support company events, including meeting preparations and catering arrangements.
• Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish considered an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
• Knowledge of office equipment operations and basic troubleshooting.
