Receptionists are often the first point of contact when patients come to Cleveland Clinic. Your warm smile, positiveattitudeand kind, compassionate and empathetic demeanor sets the tone for both the current visit and future visits.In this role, you will support patients by taking all incoming calls and routing them depending on whether it is a clinical or clerical call. You will also offer initial solutions and support, as needed.Receptionists deliver what matters most to our patients and their families, ensure exceptional experiences and thrive on making positive impacts in the community.
A caregiver in this position worksMonday-Fridayfrom8:00AM –530PM.
After the90-dayon-site training period, this caregiver will work remotely.This caregiver must be local to the Port St. Lucie area.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Perform receptionist functions for assigned areas and/or departments.
Greet guests and provideappropriate assistanceand information.
Receive, screen,routeand respond to incoming telephone calls.
Takeaccuratemessages and ensuretimelydelivery.
Comply withprivacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
High School Diploma or GED
One year of related experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Two years of college and/or business school
Customer service experience
Call center experience
