Responsibilities and Duties

• First line of contact with customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
• Cash deposits and payment processing
• Other Office support

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of full-time receptionist/switchboard experience with multiple phone lines and significant phone interaction.
  • Preferred - at least 3 months of experience in an administrative assistant/clerical related role.
• Computer skills: Accurate & fast typing skills. Proficient with email, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, specifically Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows); willing to learn new software applications.
• Customer Service: Responds promptly to customer needs and meets commitments.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
