Exciting Opportunity: Join Ali & Sons as a Receptionist – Volkswagen Abu Dhabi

Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills?

Join Ali & Sons Volkswagen Abu Dhabi as a Receptionist, where you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and visitors. In this role, you'll help create an exceptional first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership's front office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and reflects Volkswagen's professional brand standards.
• Coordinate customer appointments and support communication between departments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general correspondence.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist customers with general inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their visit.
• Support the dealership team with additional administrative duties as required.

Role Purpose:

To deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing professional front desk services, ensuring efficient communication, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the Volkswagen Abu Dhabi dealership

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the automotive, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
• Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a customer-first mindset.
