Anderson Injury Lawyers, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, has been practicing law since 2006 and has offices across the DFW area including two offices in Dallas and two in Fort Worth. We are seeking aReceptionistwho is eager to grow professionally within our firm. This is more than just a front-deskjob—you will be the face and voice of ourfirm.Your primary responsibility is answering and managing phone calls with the utmost professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

• Accurately transfer calls or take detailed messages

• Greet clients, staff, and guests upon arrival and direct them as needed

• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

• Receive and disburse mail, deliveries, and faxes correctly

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

• Maintain a positive and client-focused attitude to enhance client experience

• Assistwith data entry andmaintainingaccuraterecords

• Monitor and replenish office supplies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role preferred

• Proven ability to handle high call volumes in a professional manner

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Attention to detail anda high levelof accuracy

• Reliable transportation isrequired

• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
