Job Responsibility:
1- Manage front desk operations, visitor registration, safety induction, and security compliance.
2- Handle meeting room bookings, telephone inquiries, courier services, and general reception activities.
3- Coordinate procurement and distribution of office stationery and supplies.
4- Process employee ID card issuance and replacements.
5- Manage vendor registration, quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders.
6- Maintain vendor compliance records, including ICV, trade licenses, and VAT documentation.
7- Process invoices through DPROCURE and CONCUR in compliance with company procedures
8- Coordinate corporate insurance requirements, including vehicle, employee, and project-related insurance
9- Arrange employee travel requirements, including visas, flights, accommodation, and transportation.
10- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, insurance, and mobilization/demobilization activities.
11- Support Administration and HR teams through document control, reporting, and operational coordination.
12- Ensure continuity of administrative operations for YEU Dubai and YUAE Sales Departments during staff absences. annual leave, ensuring continuity of daily operations by handling administrative coordination, responding to inquiries, managing communications, and providing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uninterrupted business activities.
Job Qualifications & Experience:
1- University Degree
2- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.
3- Experience in handling visitors, telephone systems, meeting room coordination, and general office administration
4- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
5- Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
6- Experience working in a corporate or multicultural environment is preferred.

1- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2-Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
3- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
4- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
