We'relooking for a positive, motivated, team-workingand responsible person to join our Reception team in Bucharest.

What you will be doing: 

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

• Manage reception activities, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, taking messages, and providing visitor support.

• Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings and events.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, newspapers, and other office deliveries.

• Provide administrative and clerical support to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain reception area standards, office security procedures, and visitor records.

• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to requests professionally via phone, email, and in person.

• Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and activities.

• Report facility and maintenance issues and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Be responsible forevacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and the emergency services.

What we need from you

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with individuals at all levels.

• Sense of responsibility and attention to details.

• Previouswork experience would be a plus.
