Service Receptionist Wanted at Priority Honda Chesapeake!

Are you a people person who enjoys creating great first impressions and providing exceptional customer service? Join the team at ** Lithia & Driveway⁠** and become an important part of Priority Honda Chesapeakeas a Service Receptionist!

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding dealership experience while supporting one of the most respected automotive groups in the nation.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers arriving for service appointments with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with basic service inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Manage customer check-in and waiting area needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks, filing, and data entry
  • Support the service department with various customer service and clerical duties
  • Help create a positive experience that keeps customers coming back

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
