Greet and assist executives, VIPs, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous
manner.
Manage the executive lobby reception area and maintain a clean, organized, and
presentable workspace.
Receive, screen, and endorse visitors following company security and access protocols.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and documents.
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed by executives and management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, or any related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, Customer Service
Representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
