Position Purpose: The position involves working part-time with flexibility for additional hours or overtime when required. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical duties. The role also includes handling inquiries, participating in team meetings, and adhering to the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a role model for staff, clients, and customers is essential. Additional related tasks may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • General clerical training or experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work a part time shift as assigned and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate parties or take messages as required.
  • Greet all visitors and direct appropriately.
  • Perform clerical duties as assigned.
  • Answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as assigned.
  • Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate
  • Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  • Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
  • Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 4pm-8pm, every other Friday from 4pm-8pm, and every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Work Location: Rosecrance Harrison, Rockford, IL

  • Work Mode: Onsite

Compensation & Rewards :Based on education, experience, and credentials

  • Starting pay HS/GED - $18.00/hr.
