Receptionist on a temp assignment every other weekend 8am-4:30pm and to assist as needed on a PRN basis.
This position is primarily responsible for receiving and relaying incoming and outgoing calls from the switchboard and greeting residents and visitors to the community. Additional duties include monitoring the emergency call system, Receiving and sorting mail. Weighing and posting mail, including Fed Ex. Ability to multitask with constant interruptions.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two (2) to four (4) years office experience or business school training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, with strong customer service skills and be able to type 25-50 wpm. Must possess intermediate level of computer and technology competency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Windows applications, switchboard telephone, calculator/adding machine, copying machine, fax, etc.
