As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact in our Cabramatta office.

This is a key client-facing role responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering and directing calls
• Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Coordinating meeting room and conference bookings
• Preparing refreshments for meetings as required
• Managing incoming mail, couriers, and deliveries
• Providing general administrative and file support
• Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and common areas to a high standard
• Monitoring and replenishing kitchen and staff amenities
• Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required

About You

• Previous reception or client service experience in a professional environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and telephone manner
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and proactive approach
• High level of integrity and discretion
• Vietnamese language skills (spoken) will be highly regarded due to the volume of non-English speaking/ Vietnamese primary language enquiries we receive at this office.
