Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay UltraSource in Hollis, NH is currently seeking applicants for a Receptionist. This position will mainly be responsible for receptionist and administrative tasks in our front end.

Job Location:

Hollis, NH is a small suburb in Southern New Hampshire, an hour north of Boston, MA and conveniently located near other major cities and access points in the New England area. Vishay UltraSource has 27,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space and approximately 90 employees working between two shifts.

What you will be doing:

Administrative/Reception:

• Answer phone and direct calls to the correct person in a timely manner
• Greet guests with a smile when they arive and contact the person they are seeing
• Sort mail when it arrives and distribute to appropriate people
• Close out, checking and scanning of completed work orders
• Assist with ordering supplies for facility
• Other responsibilities as required

What you will bring along:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in an office based environment working directly in customer service in a manufacturing setting, preferably in custom fabrication
• Stong time management skills
• Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customer’s needs and provide answers, paths, troubleshooting help or methods for a positive customer experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Ability to quickly respond to customer issues while maintaining a polite, positive and professional manner
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must possess a highly-positive and service -oriented approach to work with both internal and external customers
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities required
• Ability to work with limited supervision at times and to follow through with tasks
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required
• Knowledge of ITAR and/or Export Compliance a plus
