RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
  
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  
• Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support
  
• Maintain office organization, supplies, and front desk operations
  
• Respond to emails and assist with basic customer inquiries
  
• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  
• Support office staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned
  
• Ensure the reception area remains clean and professional at all times

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
  
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
