The Job Details: The Receptionist will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service assistance for their assigned site. The Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of the sites are met regarding visitor management, employee access, and security, in coordination with site management. Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Accuracy of all paperwork produced.

Assist supervision/management as needed.

Filing.

Greet visitors and callers to US Cold in person and by phone, including signing in and providing badges.

Follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.

Maintain a professional relationship with the carriers and customers.

Professional and courteous to team members.

Assisting any vendors – handing out badges.

Pick up and sort through all mail – place in mailboxes where applicable.

Filing Receipt and Delivery Tickets when needed/provide to the CSR who handles the account.

Assisting the CSRs on a daily basis when needed.

Forward employment and wage verifications to HR when needed.

Prepare FedEx and UPS shipments when needed.

Assist in organizing and/or setting up events for the site, including setup and arrangement of lunches

The Job Specifics:

Location - Quakertown East, Office, Work Hours: 8 am-4:30 pm

Reports To: CSA Supervisor

Travel Amount: May vary

What We Are Looking For:

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Participate in staff and/or customer meetings if required.

Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems.

Identify and record any issues relating to product, processes, and/or quality.

Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels.

Verify the implementation of solutions.

Follow posted security procedures at all times while in the building.

Participate in Safety and Educational Training.
