Position: Receptionist
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Receptionist at West Shore Home, you will serves as the first point of contact for visitors and a welcoming face for employees. You will provide building support including monitoring visitors, mailroom support, stocking the cafeteria and café and assisting Accounting, Human Resources and Consumer Finance departments as needed.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• While covering the front desk:
◦ Greet all visitors and have them sign in.
◦ Message the employee with whom the visitor has an appointment.
◦ Have packages ready for FedEx pick up.
◦ Message employees who have had packages delivered to them.
• Refill kitchen stock and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and coffee areas.
• Successfully use Office Depot and Amazon ordering process to restock kitchen supplies.
• Cover the executive reception desk when needed, verifying guests, and allowing them entrance.
• Other related duties and projects assigned by the Senior Manager Corporate Support and Administration.
Minimum Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.
• Minimum of 2+ years of customer service or similar work preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while adapting to changing priorities, if needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
