You are a Front of House Host, owning the guest experience across the hotel - from arrival to the bar, from lobby vibes to guest moments in every corner.
At Radisson RED Reykjavik, Front of House is the heart and soul of the hotel As a Receptionist (Front of House Host as we call it), you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
You are a natural host who thrives in a fast-paced, social environment, with the confidence and flexibility to move across different areas of the hotel. Whether you’re welcoming guests at reception, supporting in Food & Beverage, or creating atmosphere in our public spaces, you play a key role in delivering a seamless and vibrant guest journey.
