Team Overview:The Reception team is the welcoming face and backbone of Alternative Heat’s people operations which handles daily front-of-house duties, including visitor management, communications, and administrative support. The Reception Team create an organised, efficient environment that supports both our employees and clients from the moment they walk through the door.
To Support a busy reception area and be the first point of contact in the organisation (face to face or via telephone), focusing on providing an exceptional service. This is an additional role to support the growth of the business.

Responsible to | People Manager
Responsible for front-of-house and administrative support, including welcoming and screening visitors, managing reception calls, mail, and meeting rooms, and maintaining office presentation. Oversees stationery, catering, and office supplies, supports company travel bookings and related budgeting and documentation, manages credit card records and receipts, and processes payments and job allocations. Also coordinates internal communications and employee celebrations, provides general administrative support across departments, and undertakes additional duties as required by management.

Located centrally between Dublin and Belfast our 8.5 acre Head Office and feabrication facilities, which are fully equipped with overhead cranes and 8,000m² of workshop floor area, provide an ideal factory construction environment which is reflected in the high quality solutions we offer.
We employ a strong team of design engineers, CAD technicians, contracts managers and skilled trades personnel who utilise their vast industry experience to assist in the design, fabrication and delivery of our bespoke MEP solutions, which we supply throughout the UK and Ireland.
