Chicago Title Company a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Receptionist to join its Freeland, WA office. Duties

Responsibilities include:

• Prepping the office for the day.
• Greeting and assisting guests.
• Helping to answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
• Learning how to thoroughly provide customers with different customer service products.
• Miscellaneous administrative or clerical duties.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer competency non-negotiable.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Strong work ethic.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Good human relation skills, plus the ability to establish and maintain rapport with sometimes challenging personalities.
