Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate staff.
• Manage conference room schedules, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient use of space.
• Log client visits, appointments, and document flow, ensuring accurate and organized information.
• Assist with copying, scanning, and preparing documents, upholding the firm's professional standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked pantry and an inviting lobby, fostering a comfortable space for clients and colleagues.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced reception role, demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various office technologies.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, taking initiative and anticipating needs.
