Job Description

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Update room status and occupancy in the system, and provide relevant information to concerned departments.
  • Verify and register visitors, ensuring full collection of identification details such as passport or ID card.
  • Handle all guest complaints and requests, forward them to relevant departments or report directly to the supervisor, and follow up until resolution.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and clearly with a polite and friendly manner.
  • Monitor, record, and process information within assigned authority; maintain and update the daily Front Office logbook.
  • Prepare room key cards for arriving guests for the following day.
  • Receive payments from guests and issue valid receipts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
