Location: 314 Grove Neck Road, Earleville, MD

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

About the Role

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility. In this role, you will create a welcoming environment for guests, clients, and residents while delivering exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for compassionate care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately
  • Greet guests, new clients, and residents with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Coordinate and track facility maintenance requests

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Previous experience working with the public
  • Strong clerical and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with switchboard operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality, including HIPAA compliance
