Receptionist

About the role

Are you a highly organised and friendly? Looking to join a dynamic team? We are currently looking for a professional Office Assistant to be the face of our Bristol office!

You will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, playing a key role in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely and reporting to the Office Coordinator.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing the reception and wider office areas ensuring they are always presentable and well stocked
• Managing client meeting rooms and appointments
• Managing parking requests and bookings
• Taking calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed
• Assisting with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, data entry, and handling post distribution
• Supporting the wider office team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

About You

• Previous experience in a front of house or a customer-facing role is welcomed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A friendly, proactive, and professional attitude
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of reliability
