Director of 1st Impressions
CarShop (formerly CarSense) is seeking an organized and dynamic candidate to represent CarShop and model our Values and Culture to each customer in person and on the phone.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will create a welcoming and helpful atmosphere to service our customers, making each person feel as though they are the highest priority. This position supports all departments by interacting with each customer to address their needs and if necessary, connects them with the appropriate department/person. He/She will cash out all retail service customers and provide clerical support as needed for all departments. The Director of 1st Impressions will interact with all departments and service clerical needs in between answering phone calls and cashing out customers.

● Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.

Work Environment/ Physical Demands
Will primarily work in a retail automotive sales showroom. Will work with a computer, telephone and other office equipment as appropriate. May be asked to drive cars on occasion.
Light Work- lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
This position will require the employee to alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift
This position requires the ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, reach, grasp

Store Business Hours with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent and one or more years experience answering calls in a high-volume setting

Valid Driver's License
