Job Location: Quirk Commercial Truck Repair - Quincy, MA 02169
Position Type: Full Time
Job Category: Admin - ClericalThe Service Department Receptionist will greet and assist customers and employees in person and via phone. This position reports to the Service Department Manager.
Job Duties Include:
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Scanning
- Answering incoming calls
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
- A positive attitude and good work ethic
