Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team in Edmonton, AB Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for performing reception, and office clerical tasks following company policies.

Principal Responsibilities

• Answers phones and directs calls to proper employees
• Sorts and distributes incoming mail
• Opens and totals incoming cheques and gives to Accounts Receivable Associates
• Enters incoming payments
• Maintains filing systems
• Perform other admin tasks as required

Required knowledge and training

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with ERP's and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
