Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls through the EPABX system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the visitor register and reception records.
Provide basic information and guidance to visitors, students, and staff.
Coordinate with departments for appointments, meetings, and visitor management.
Manage courier, mail distribution, and official correspondence.
Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation when required.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized statutory university.
Professional Certifications
Certification in office administration, front office management, or customer service is desirable but not mandatory.
Professional Experience
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, or 3 years of administrative experience in a comparable capacity
Skills and Competencies
Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable with technology.
Hands-on experience with EPABX systems and telephone operations is preferred.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle visitors, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
