Hiring: Entry-Level Receptionist for our busy Sales Department

• Pay: $16.90/hr
• Business Hours: Monday through Saturday 8-8, and Sundays 10:30 - 7
• Schedule Full Time - Weekends required

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.
• Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
• Responsible for daily cash reconciliation.
• Perform general clerical duties. (Filing, creating folders, scanning etc.) ​

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus.
• Working knowledge of CDK a plus.
• 1 year of previous cashier experience is preferred.
